Next you start taking the fabric from the back and outsides of the arms off...this gives you access to all the stuff you need for re-upholstering! :) We had several layers to take off here, so it was a bit bothersome, and felt like it was taking FOREVER! Be sure to keep this fabric intact to use as a template. :) The rest off the stuff went in the garbage bag with the skirt. :)
